WeByld operates Appointoze, booking software for service businesses. Businesses are controllers of their client data; Appointoze processes that data on their instructions and controls business account data.

Account and business profile data, appointments, client contact details, intake and consent responses you configure, and deposit references. Medical aesthetics accounts: contact details only (name, email, phone). Clinical records stay with the provider. We do not store medical diagnoses, medications, or clinical charts.

We are not a healthcare provider and not HIPAA compliant. We do not store card numbers. We do not put intake answers or health information into analytics, logs, notifications, or crash reports.

HTTPS/TLS in transit, encryption at rest, secure authentication, tenant isolation, and audit logging for sensitive access.

Appointoze does not store or process payment card numbers. Deposits are paid directly to the provider through their own payment link.

Records may be kept up to 2555 days unless law requires longer. Business users can delete their account in Settings. Access ends immediately; personal data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

To access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, email support@milestones.webyld.pro. We respond within 30 days.

We use vetted infrastructure and service providers to host the app, authenticate users, deliver notifications, and run subscriptions. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Businesses using Appointoze to handle client data are covered by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), part of the Terms of Service.

Report security concerns to support@milestones.webyld.pro. We investigate promptly and notify affected users and authorities when required by law.
